Recommendations for Digital Recorder for recording speeches

This is for recording speeches. The speech giver wears the device and clips the microphone to the shirt or something...

Any recommendations?

Not tried it but you may be able to use any phone with voice note capability along with its wired headset.

My phone has 8Gb of storage so you would have to talk for almost two months, non-stop, to fill it.
