Recommendations For Cooling An OC'd 805

Simple question: What is the best (price/performance) HSF to OC an 805?
Give reasons where applicable.

That contraption is huge. It might fit in my case but i won't have any space for anything else...lol. I'm joking. I'll look into it a bit further but i kinda still think the Freezer would be better cuz a friend of mine wants one as well so...save a bit off it by buying 2...what u think ?

Any other suggestions ?

I don't think you save any money by buying two, and I asume you don't want water cooling if your trying to save pennies? The ninja and mine would be good. THe mine is smaller.

i'm still leaning towards the Freezer 7 Pro....it has gotten good reviews from all over the place.

Any other suggestions? Anyone?

The Freezer is a good choice, but SPCR noted that it loses efficiency quite quickly with lower airflow. The fins are very tightly packed. If you're not worried about noise, you can leave the fan on high and it'll do a superb job. If you're looking for a very quiet machine (read: low airflow), I'd go with something else.

i understand what ur saying but clarify that "SPCR" for me plz. what does that mean?
i'm not worried about noise really...don't hear the comp when i'm gaming anyway...😉

i was told by a friend that to increase airflow on the Freezer 7 Pro, here's what u do...
The fan that comes with the heatsink, sucks air and pushes it across the fins (intake).
I was told that u can add any old cheap fan of the same size to the other side of the heatsink (exhaust).
this would improve the airflow tremendously and its not an expensive alternative.
this would create a windtunnel effect across the fins.

or something looking like that...😛
