Recommendations for clock speeds?

See my system rig for specs.

I'm running a P4 2.80C 800Mhz
what would a safe setting be to increase the clock speed on this?

Also should I change the DIMM voltage? It is set at 2.6 right now.

ok lets see...what are your temps sitting at right now, idle and at load? i don't remember off the top of my head what default Vcore on those is...1.575? try bumping it up to about 1.65, then take it on up to 3.2Ghz. get a second opinion first though.

you should be able to get to 3.2 with little or no vcore adjustment

hmm...theres something wrong with those numbers. the CPU temp should be the highest. i assume that by system temp you mean the case temp. based on your cooling, that CPU temp looks about right, but the system temp should be @ 30C or below.

about the Vcore...yeah, i suppose crank it up to 3.2Ghz, and if it is unstable, try raising the Vcore to 1.65.
