Recommendations for Cheap HSF and MB for AMD XP

Hi,

I'm building a system off of a AMD Athlon XP 2200+.

I don't plan on overclocking this CPU and sound for the HSF anything within 30 db.

want to spend nothing more than $70 for a motherboard and a fair price for a HSF (one comparable to the retail).

Any recommendations for a HSF and motherboard for this particular processor?

or you could go to newegg, go to advanced search, and put in a price range of x to 70, choose a few brands, and select Motherboard - AMD

A generic HSF would do the job nicely and the Shuttle A35n Ultra board is popular. The KT-400 chipset boards were never as popular as the nforce 2 but they can be found for cheaper
