Recommendations for card to record HDTV onto PC

I want to record primetime HD shows to my computer and I heard that there are HDTV OTA receivers that I can install in my PC box.

What is the best value card out there?

I don't have Windows MCE, that is a problem. Any thoughts to get around it.

Also, how do I convert these recorded HD files to play on my HDTV and also how do I downscale them so I can burn them onto DVD-R media.

I know, lot of questions.

Get a fusion 5 card. It's QAM so you will most likely get more channels than over the air and dont have to deal with signal problems.
