Recommendations for a performance level wireless microphone/headphone combo..

Hi all!

We have a very picky lead musician who incessantly cries, "I can't hear myself!" even when I have given him two 1' x 2' monitors, one of which is on a table almost at his eardrum (which drives me crazy, as it looks awful and constantly generates feedback from his current wireless microphone (an Audio Technica digital model - can't remember the series model).

I would *love* to find him something that conbines a microphone and headphone, so that he can specifically hear himself singing through the headphone (single side is better, so he can use his other ear to listen to everything else...)

Something like this is what I'm looking for - but I have no experience with these...and we desperately need something that is of high quality, with good noise-cancelling technology, and delivers nice crisp vocals.....

Any ideas/suggestions/recommendations? The audio technica site seems to be down for me, but looking at their products sold at other stores, I don't see any....I'll give 'em a call in a bit here..and see if they carry a beast such as this...
