    Razer is hit or miss.

OP, if you haven't gotten your mouse yet, G700 again. Amazing build quality, not gaudy like some of the other gaming mice out there, and very little wireless problem (only if you put the receiver too far away from the mouse). Best wireless mouse I have ever owned, and on top of that, without a cord the feel is soo much smoother.

I had a razer mouse, I think it was the Mamba, that would click if you even slightly rested your finger on the left button. It's as if they are made of cheap pos plastic.. thx gl

Ive gone through a few mouses (been PC gaming since before Doom). Got my first razer mouse about 3 years ago now (the mamba) and ive been really happy with it. Hasnt had any issues other than the wheel squeeking which was an easy fix.

I would just like to point out the Zowie AM ties for the worst mouse I've ever used. Prediction or not, the sensor (lens) is complete crap. Being completely serious, a high quality ball mouse is better for a low sensitivity gamer.

I just got a Corsair M60 to replace my mx518. It's a bit more comfortable because it is wider, but I have large hands. I also like the wider feet better.

G400 is my favorite. It's a successor of the MX518 which was my favorite prior to G400. G500 is very similar in design and functions except that it's laser. G400 is optical. I have hears that a softer mouse pad is better mates with optical mice and hard surface is better with laser, but to me it seems the opposite is true. in any case the difference is minimal but I like the optical better.

Loved the Razer Deathadder ... when it works! Middle click creates extra clicks all it's own.

Create an AutoHotKey script that turns the MMB off for like 150ms after its been clicked.

    Code:
    #singleinstance force
    #noenv
    #maxhotkeysperinterval 1000
    SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir%
    sendmode input

    mbutton::
    click down middle
    keywait mbutton
    click up middle
    sleep 150
    *edit*
Lol, I was getting pissed cuz my mouse seemed to be having problems clicking. I forgot I left this script on with a 2000ms sleep from when I was testing it for you.

Literally the worst mouse I've ever used in my life. If there is a grain of salt on your mousepad it skips. It really is a shame because the shape is pretty comfortable, they just really dropped the ball on that custom designed lens. They went all out on lift off distance without any regard to any other performance metric such as speed or tracking.
