Looking for a free picture editing software for minor editing: red eye removal, gamma or brightness correction, change size, etc.

I use both IrfanView and Paint.net depending on what I want to do. Both are very good.

But I just want to mention Google Picasa as well. Also a good choice.

I like it because its right-click menu has everything you need when working with a pic.

Ugg, their first download site redirects to Cnet. Make sure you use the other links and not the first .exe download site.
