I don't play big name game like Quake or anything like that. The only thing I play is the Sims series of games. I want good output for email, web, excel, word, and Windows XP in general. Any ideas?

For the cost of video cards now and proformance you would probably be better off getting a radeon le or ve, matrox g400, even geforce 2mx or geforce2 gts-v. Really any video card will do fine, but those cards are cheap yet very good low end cards. The Matrox, Radeon will have better 2d, but geforce isn't bad either.

You might be better off getting a cheaper card, but the cost isn't going to be that big of difference from these cards. And these cards, for the most part, will be able to handle other games if you want to play more graphical games in the future.
