Recommendations for a card for my HTPC

My current card sounds like its fan bearing is going south. I use the computer for music, movies, books, etc. The card is connected to an AVR that drives my 52 inch LCD TV. I will be upgrading the TV soon to at least a 4K LCD TV. My budget is $200 and I would like to have two HDMI interfaces.

If you NEED two native HDMI 2.0 ports, look for "VR Ready" RX 580 cards.

I may have seen a GT 1030 card with two HDMI ports, too.
