Recommendation on p4 Motherboard

Hi, my friend wants to buy a new processor/motherboard. He wants to get a p4 1.6a and isn't sure which motherboard to get. He said he wants one that supports SD ram , onboard audio and isn't to expensive...

Justdeals has a Tyan board with the intel 845 chipset for $63 (must mention pricewatch). Model number is s2090.

Take a look at the ECS P4S5A board. It supports both PC133 or DDR ram.
