Best bang-for the-buck right now for your CPU would be the XP-90. Jab-Tech.com has it with no tax and low shipping @ $28. A 92mm fan will have to be bought for it,as they don't come w/fan.
The Zalman 700 in copper or aluminum/copper is a good bit of cooling and not expensive
for your graphics card.

Antec mid-tower is kind of vague. There are many Antec case owners here so post your case model, plz. They will have much joy in relating what was best for them.

Your choice of PSU is questionable at best. For best bang-for-buck look at the FSP Group PSUs at newegg. With rebates you might find a cheaper price but $50 to $75 is the range most decent PSUs come in at. PSUs being an after thought or discounted in the order of priority of purchase is a personal irritant that won't go away. ;)

Good price for that PSU, a 24 pin ps cable, braided cables, and 2 fans.
Output +3.3V@20A, +5V@30A, +12V@18A, -5V@18A, -12V@0.5A, +5VSB@0.8A
If you are not going to run too many things 18A on the +12V rail may be enough, but I would go with something a little higher. Search the forum for psu recommendations. I'm using this psu in my system. XCLIO 450BL 450W PS
A reviewer at Newegg posted that the XCLIO's UL number (e161451) points to Channel Well Technologies, the people that OEM parts to Antec.
I thought Dual 12V rails was the way to go until I read this.
