Looking to spend about 400.

I want to be able to use this TV as my monitor. I currently have a 20" 1680x1050.

Would prefer not to downgrade when getting a TV in resolution.

What options do I have? I am very new to this market.
 
Look for TVs that are basically digital TV tuners built into monitors; difference between getting a 20" TV at 1368*720 and one at 1680*1050. Just try and get a decent digital TV and make sure the native resolution is nice and big.
