recommendation for pci card for 2 monitors

I am looking for a pci compatible video card for using two vga monitors and also watching movies, sometimes 3d. I accidently purchased a msi rx2600xt diamond, so something like that would be nice.

Would you be ok with buying 1 or 2 DVI->VGA converters? I have a hard time finding dual VGA cards.

I looked at newegg. I have bought from them before. Looks good for pricing. Based on the picture, I will need 2 converters. If I wanted one that worked well for movies and 3D, what price range would I be looking at.

Pretty much that price right there, I don't know of any more powerful PCI cards.
