Recommendation for Notebook Hard Drive

I bought a P4 notebook, but had to skimp on the hard drive, and ended up getting a 40gb 4200rpm hard drive. My speedy P4 is now slowed drastically down by that hard drive, and I'm looking for an upgrade.

40 gb is a decent size, but it has to be at least 5400rpm, quiet, and super reliable. I've been eyeing a few on Newegg - what do you guys recommend?

definitely any hitachi 7200 rpm will do. I upgraded my gateway 7422gx's drive to a 60gb 7200rpm hitachi 7200rpm from buy.com (i had a coupon) and the app start up time has been night and day.
