Recommendation for E6600 & AGP?

Hey guys, I'm upgrading my P4 2.6ghz Northwood to the latest and greatest Core 2 E6600. What I was wondering is what a good motherboard I could use with my Radeo 9600 Pro AGP. I know its a real old agp card, but I'm not a big gamer on the PC (thats what my 360 is for). I would like a mobo which offers AGP but also offers great overclocking performance. I've read about the ASRock plunty, and have even built one computer with it for somebody else.

But I'd like to push the E6600 to the 4ghz speeds, so I need something to help get me there, or close to it. I do video editing, 3d rendering, and general MS office stuff, so I need something that iwll give me a lot of performance. I've ordered a 2gb kit of OCZ which has rated timings of 4-4-4-8 DDR2-667. Any recommendations?

Yah I've used that board before with a different computer using an E6300. I wasn't overclocking that computer though. I know theres some older boards that have LGA 775 Conroe support, so I'm wondering if there is anything else out there that might work.

I'm wondering if I should just bite the bullet and buy something like a 7600GS PCI Express x16 card, that way my options won't be limited with motherboards, because I would hate for my performance to be limited just because I kept my old VGA card.
