Hey i had a dfi nf3 ultra-d, there were some bios problems and eventually it just died, and dfi wont give me a new one, so i need to start from scratch. Any recommendations for socket 939, agp 8x 4x, I have a radeon 850xt platinum edition, should i sell it and get a pci xpress so I have more coices of mobos. and Socket 939. thats about it thanks!

Are you planning to do a lot of overclocking? If not, the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 is probably a good choice. It has both AGP and PCI-E slots to provide an upgrade path, and seems to be pretty good overall from the opinions of users around here who already have one. Plus it's really the only option if you don't want to look for another nForce3 board and want to stick with AGP. There's a long thread about it with some information here.
