Recommendation for an around the ear headphone?

Can someone give me a recommendation for a nice set of headphones for my cell phone and/or Ipod. I do not like the little ear buds.

1) Must cover the entire ear - (don't care how big it is)
2) Must have reasonable noise cancelation
3) Must have one plug to be able to plug into my cell phone or ipod

PREFER but not necessary:
1) Volume control for each headphone
2) Flip up microphone

This is to be used for driving and cutting the grass. Any thoughts?

Not to mention it very well might be illegal (and for good reason).

OP what price are you looking at?

I would rather not get into the debate of Noise Canceling headphones v. driving with the car stereo up full blast. Anyway, looking in the $150 range, plus or minus $50.

I think I paid $160 for HD580s, but there is no way in hell I'd drive or cut grass with them. Great sounding though.
