Recommendation for a video card

I'm putting together a computer for a friend and he isn't much of a gamer but he is thinking of playing maybe some WoW or LoTRO. So far we have an AMD athlon II X3 435 CPU (2.9ghz), 4GB DDR3 ram. He has a small dell 19 inch LCD monitor with a resolution of 1366x768. I know he doesn't need a very expensive card or would a 785g mobo with IGP be sufficient?

ATI or nvidia, it doesn't matter which brand. Thanks for any help.

You can occasionally find a Radeon HD 4550 for $20 after MIR on newegg.

I don't know if I can put Ebay links, but there's a 4650 512mb for 34.99. I'd buy it but i'm waiting for someone who thinks Ebay = layaway to pay me.
