Reply to what email?

Any reason why you need a replacment?

I'd call them if your current one failed and have them send a replacment.

If you want to go out and spend cash on one, the Zalman is pretty good from what I have heard.

It will obviously be silent as well..

The current heatsink over heats and shut the system off. I can't find a phone number at Aopen web site. I will not buy any more Aopen product.

take a fan off of an old cpu heatsink(p2 or p3 or something small like that)/video card make a shroud and stick it on the n/b. works good for me dropped my temps by about 10c and cost me nothing as i had everything lying around

A P3 fan should do the trick, just need a little modding maybe to fit it on the hs. If you have a side fan that hits it try passive cooling if you can.

I hope you are 100% that it is the current HS to blame.. Otherwise after buying a fancy one, you will be very disappointed i imagine, should problem persist.
