Recommendation for a non-gamer that wants HD on the comp

Alright guys.

I went a little overzealous with my 8400 dell and got it with the 6800gto pci-e. Now I never play games so i dont know why i did that. good deal at the time.

anyway i can sell that card for about 300 on ebay. so my question is what two cards would you recommend that would total 300. one being a HDtv card and one being a vid card.

i watch movies and tv hardcore but rarely if ever play games.

so im thinking higher quality hdcard and lower quality vid card...what specifically would you recommend in my case.

sorry man i did not do it on purpose. i deleted my other ones, damn you dont even give me three seconds to catch my mistake.
 
i mean i just went and checked on ebay and didnt see one that sold for below 300.

ribbon, is that HD card that you recommend pretty good? I want one with good support, drivers and software that comes with etc.

It's the best tuner I know of., so it could be the best there is, or there is one leagues better. But I bet if there IS anything better, it's price will reflect that.
