Recommendation for a board for 1055T

After seeing the PPD output of a x6 I got myself a 1055T for a cheap folding rig. I am looking for a motherboard but I have been on 775 for too long to know the current state of AMD chipsets and boards. I need (in order of importance) 1. DDR2 boards (have many sticks of 1G DDR2's, don't want to buy DDR3). 2. Overclocks well (300 FSB so I can take the 1055 to 4G, also needs to be stable since it will be 100% load 24/7. Maybe mosfet heatsinks?) 3. Cheap (don't need anything fancy like integrated graphics or raid) Any suggestions?
