Does anyone have a recommendation for a clock radio? My very old clock radio is giving out and I need a replacement.

Required:
* Easy to set time and alarm. My old clock radio (Sanyo/Panasonic, but GE had an equivalent) has dual keypads, one for the hour and one for the minutes. You simply press either the "time" or "alarm" button and then enter the desired time. It is a 3 click process to set any time. AM/PM was a another button, so 4 clicks max. I am not married to a keypad by any stretch of the imagination. It can use something else, but it should be as easy and convenient to set.

* FM radio

* At least one alarm

* Stereo

Nice to Haves
* HD Radio would be very nice
* Dual alarms
* USB port so that I can connect my Windows 8 smartphone or other storage device
* I am open to other cool new and modern features
* Oh yes, LARGE (1.8" LEDs would be nice), but am reasonable here. I do not wear my contacts to bed, so large LEDs would be nice.
* Ability to dim LEDs to nothingness and display time with the press of a button. This feature would avoid a towel over my clock radio.
* Battery backup
* Atomic time setting

I honestly think that all radio radios for the bedside sold on this planet would have most of these features, but so far I have not seen any.

The closet is the Timex Direct Entry Keypad alarm clock, but that has no radio, and only one keypad, so not sure how simple the time is to set. I like my Sanyo unit better, totally easy.

Thanks in advance
