Watch for two things: (1) there's two flavors of that board, with and without an AGP slot; get one that has it. (2) make sure they don't charge you extra for the modem riser card, it should be included.
What you get is a MicroATX board with VGA, sound, modem, and 10/100 LAN connection all onboard. It certainly isn't a fast mainboard (how should it with the integrated VGA), but it's certainly fast enough to allow the kids to play their games in an acceptable display resolution.
People are generally happy with it, all the complaint I've seen so far is a minor software issue with the modem drivers disturbing sound replay, but new drivers seem to fix that.
