recommend video card for DELL 3008WFP?

Hello All

My DELL 3008WFP finally came and it looks pretty sweet.

I had asked you for advice about buying a low end video card for this monitor (I was going to put it on a pretty old PC). Now that I have it, I can't bring myself to do this.

I'd like to buy at least a mid-range video card. I think this monitor needs a DUAL DVI card. I don't really do too much gaming, but I would like to be able to do some. Mostly this will be a screen for work, running tons of applications at the same time, switching around, #1 concern is that the text looks as sharp as possible.

Cant really go wrong with a current gen card, but might as well wait for the 9800 series to drop in next week just for the heck of it.

Id say a 8800gt 512 or 9600gt 512 would get the job done very well for $200.
