Recommend to me a great jet fighter sim for the PC

I've got a 1.2GHz Thunderbird, 512MB PC133, and a GeForce2 GTS running on Windows2000. What have you got that will do well on my system?

USAF was fun back in the day. I don't think it runs in win2k though :/

Seconded. I can't think of many other GOOD flight sims that are recent. I heard B-17 was good, but that's not really jet nor fighter.
