Recommend some good front speakers

I'm already have rears, center, sub, and probably getting an onkyo TX-SR502 receiver. I don't have much money to work with.

Probably the best bet would be the Polk R30s here posted on hot deals. Whether or not they actually have any in stock is a good question.

I'd rather not.

Edit: Unless...it isn't too difficult and would produce much better sound.
You need to cut up some wood/MDF, order some drivers, solder a few electrical components together, and assemble it all. Then, you finish the wood/MDF and you're all set.

EDIT: Here's a plan you can't go wrong with. http://home.new.rr.com/zaph/audio/audio-speaker15.html
