recommend some drinks / alcohol

i think i'm going to stop by the liquor store on my way home -- i want to try something different though... I'm Vodka and Rum'ed out.

WHat are some good drinks I can make using one or two liquors and any other mixer. (Alcohol isnt cheap... can't go nuts buying everything i see)
 
Vodka WITH Kalua/Tia Maria + Milk. Get your vitamin D. 😉

What have you tried as Rum. Gosling Black Seal? Appleton?

Since you said mixed, just can't tell you about Single Malt Scotch them. The Glen Livet is a good beginners, but starts at $30. Maybe mixed with water, but don't tell anyone.

red bull and Jaeger is really good -- you should try that instead of using vodka.

White russians were actually what i had been considering first.

Maker's Mark is pretty easy to get these days. Has a melted wax top in bright red. They have a range of sizes, you can get a small one to try it. On the rocks, with water, straight. Will also mix, if you must (including Whisky Sours and anything else that calls for whisky).
 
Get yourself a bottle of good, old, single malt scotch.

If you want a mixed drink, get some Tanqueray gin and tonic or dry vermouth (or Tanq Ten if you're feeling baller).

Good to see you around, it's been a while btw.

And get yourself a nice bottle of something and drink it straight, the way it was meant.
