Recommend some decent headphones at a decent price

Granted can't afford alot. Whats the best pair to get in the $40-$60 range? Basicly I am a newb to them so what should I look for when looking at specs and stuff? Wanting to get them for a Muvo2 I'm getting(or are factory ones decent)?

Currently use some Koss KSC50's will I even see enough difference when buying new headphones or should I just stick with what I got?
