Recommend socket-A mobo with good power management

I'm thinking about building my first socket-A system. I'm looking for a motherboard with good power management functions.

I have a Soyo SBA+III mobo that:
1) using NT 4 (which does not have built-in power management), goes to sleep (suspend), stopping the CPU and case fans, and it can also stop the hard drive. More importantly, it comes back on reliably with a touch of the mouse.
2) supports wake-on-lan.
3) has a power supply fan socket for fan monitoring and which I hope can also stop the fan of a Enermax FC PS (don't have the Enermax FC yet).

I'd like a socket-A mobo that can do the same. In addition to that, I'd like a very stable board. Any suggestions?
