Recommend silent equipment? 400w+ PSU & 60mm fans

Another vote for VX450....this thing barely moves air under normal load.

Good luck on that. I could never find anything smaller than 80mm that was worth a damn for quiet operation. The quiet ones pretty much move almost no air. One workaround that I've done is to use a quiet 80mm fan (I used an NMB) and duct it. I tore apart a 60x10mm fan so that I just had the outer part (to attach to the 60mm fan mount), then made a custom and curved duct to the 80mm fan using aluminum flashing and aluminum tape. It was really quiet and moved decent air.
