Recommend replacement video card

I currently have an XFX 8600 GT card that blew a few capacitors. I am not looking to spend much. I no longer play games but do edit photos.

Personally I would use it as an excuse to go buy the cheapest APU/MOBO combo you could find. But I realize that isn't what you asked...so I would go with the cheapest card I could find, something like:

Did that card have a lifetime warrantee?

Bug XFX for an Nvidia card as replacement if it did . I wonder what they would do if you refused to take an ATi/AMD card as replacement.
