Building my first system. 1800+ amd, 512 ddr ram, 60gb Seagate iv, etc
I will be mainly using the system for gaming and normal home type use. I have heard a lot of older games will not play under XP? (I mean win 95 games not DOS-I have no DOS games). I accept that thier are some of my old win 95 games that I will not be able to play in XP but all the newer ones are ok. However you may be able to answer it more why some games will and won't play that are win 95/98 games?
Most of all people I need your opinions as to which operating system for me to get to get. I have looked at XP home OEM and it is $200 AU. The pro is $110AU more! Is the PRO really worth the extra money for normal home use and gaming???
Or should I go with another operating system??
