For the A8N-Sli onboard sound. I play a lot of games, watch a lot of anime and listen to some music. Nothing too expensive...

Thanks <3

It's hurts to read it.

What YOyoYOhowsDAjello said (read the links). A couple of guidelines:

1. If you need a mic, you're probably better off with a cheap clip-on one and normal headphones. Gaming headsets aren't very good.
2. "5.1" headsets and headphones suck. A lot.

whats the difference between a Headset and a Headphone ?????????????
Headset has a microphone, headphone doesn't. Of course, it's easy to add a clip-on mic to a headphone.

Senn hd280s, or HD-497s off amazon.

😀

What can I say..both fairly inexpensive and quality. I could recommend mine, but I doubt he wants to spend around $110 and have them shipped from Japan (although the shipping was only $7).

No, the Audio-Technica headphones he's referring to are. Sennheiser's a German company, and I think their big factory is in Ireland.

Negative, see post from svi and improve your reading comprehension skills.

I'm not retarded geez. A little mistake... You don't have to be an @$$ about it.

Bummer... the HD-497s aren't $36 off amazon anymore unless I'm looking at the wrong thing.

My sister was looking for a new mp3 player and I suggested looking at headphones too and I went to look at the 497s 🙁

I have a pair for the behind the head Logitechs, for games they a quiet suitable and confortable after prolonged wearing, but for listening to music they seem to lack any bass depth.

Ive also heard great things about Sennheiser's also if you wanna spend that much on some headphones.
