Recommend me some good excercises

My New Years resolution was to be serious about lifting again. I don't wanna bulk up, I am already a decent size, I just need some good exercises to do with my free weights. I have a bench and dumbells. And also I would like some suggestions on other exercises to do without the weight bench.

And do you guys/gals recommend and supplements to take?

I dunno about free weights, but rowing is good for the forearms/biceps plus a host of other msucles and cardio.

By "tone up" I assume you mean lose bodyfat? That is more a function of your diet than anything.
