The only one I know on the top of my head is courier.

Any other good vector-based (i.e. scaleble) fixed-width fonts?

No. Courier, for example, is not scaleable. It only comes in specific discrete font sizes.

...there's also Courier New.

It aples, though, in comparison to Lucida Console 🙂.
