I am getting p180b cheap, so i want to get atx motherboard and sell my matx one, new budget is up to 150, specs for new pc are below

you can get an abit IP35-E for ~70 after rebate - there's a large thread in here about that board.
If that doesn't have the features that you need/want then it has bigger brothers (IP35/IP35 Pro) which are also recommended.

For the features and your budget, my humble offering would be the ASUS P5N-E Sli. Most reviews tagged this board as the best performance-per-dollar board when it was 150 stones. At $117 currently, it's a bargain. The Egg has an OEM version for $85 - a steal.

From what I've picked up around the boards and some reviews. 680i if you need SLI. P35 if you don't.
I've not seen much talk about the 650i. The p35 tend to be easier to OC, run cooler in general.
