Recommend me digital camera

I'm looking for a point and shoot camera. I had a Sony V1 and liked the features, but due to its size I almost never took with me when I would go out. Basically I want:

Must:
- Take good pictures overall
- Point and shoot size
- LCD of at least 2.5''
- Image stabilization
- Best shot mode (take various pics in one shot with different settings at once)
- Very little shutter lag. Hate to wait between pictures.
- Good video mode with no lens noise and time limit.
- Under $350

Would really like:
- Optical zoom of over 4x
- SD card
- Over 5MP


I am considering the Panasonic TZ1K and the Nikon S10
Reviews for the Nikon S10 are not so good. The Panasonic is good but I don't believe it has best shot selector and the manual lens cap kind of turns me off. I really like the Canon SD line but they are also missing some features I want. It's especially hard to find small cameras with big Op zooms. Anything else?

The Sony V1 is good because of its size. I dont think you'll find anything thats as good and smaller.
You will probably find something smaller that is good enough for your use.

I'd stick with the Sony brand but thats just because I have had several and they all worked well for me.
