Recommend me data for encrypting partitions on my HD

Heres the long and short of it.

I got a 300 GB external HD. 100 Gigs is formatted for my use, 200GB is for everything that people might want to give or get from me.

I have 3 partitions, a 20, a 80 and a 200. I want to encrypt the 20 and 80 so that people who are hooking up to my USB drive cant browse them. Is there anything that you can recommend? And no its not for porn. But it will have my documents and email backups, pictures etc. Just stuff that I wouldn't want people messing with.

Does such a software exist? I want it kind of like the basic software that comes on jump drives. Could I just port that software to my partitions?

I use a pretty good protection app called, PGP. Good for wiping, encrypting, etc. Its free for non-corp use, or at least it was when i built this rig a few months back.
