As topic and sub-topic reads. I've seen the buyer's guide, but mose of those are too expensive. I've been looking at this one..:

I'll be using it for play cs, and other fps games that require a fairly quick ms

I wouldn't recommend a LCD under $200 so i can't really help, besides don't know what is important to you.
Quality obviously isn't your deciding factor, so if it's just response time, go for it.

hmm...how about that third one i have listed up there? i think it's got some pretty solid reviews, both for gaming and everyday usage, and the specs are really nice

I'd just go for the Samsung since I trust the name, more than for any other reason. I don't believe I've seen a review for any of those but I saw some pics and measurements of the 941BW on a Chinese site (lcd.zol.com.cn) that indicated it was decent.
