Recommend me an External Enclosure!

What do you guys recommend? I have been looking for an enclosure that is somewhat like the external Maxtor drives. Solid, not made of (Aluminum or Plastic) some form of harder metal is preferred.

USB 2.0
Fire wire 400
Fire wire 800

3.5" or 5.25" IDK...

all acceptable?

I bought a rosewill and am really impressed at the cooling.

The absolute best at cooling is one that I have but don't remember the details about
