I recently decided to pick up ice hockey for a hobby. I quickly realized my cardio suffered after all the weight training i had been doing in the summer. Does any one have a good balanced routine were i can get both i generally workout for an hour 5 days a week and have a game one day a week. Also myb a diet as well 155 to 160 on any given day wana drop to 145 bc i have some fat i cant seem to beat. Thanks
