Recommend me a "small" touch screen for Win 7

Title states it but to clarify.

I have a rack mount Win 7 file server that I want a small touch screen to do admin type duties on.

Maybe "light" web browsing to find fixes for the server if needed.

I believe anything 800x600 would work and it can be 10-15" in size.

Basically, I'm looking to use it as a mouse replacement.

Are there any brands or technologies to not consider?

I just searched Amazon for "USB touchscreen monitor" and this was the first hit:
http://amzn.com/B005SEZR0G

I've been looking (not actively) for something like that for my rack so I might grab one. Rackmount folding displays are too expensive for what they are.

Unfortunately, the linked monitor appears to be just a USB monitor with no touch capability 🙁

And funny you bring up rack and rack mount. That is exactly what my machine is😵

And like you, I've been looking around inactively when it crosses my mind.

D'oh! Well then, scratch that, I guess. Looks like a "gotta pay to play" scenario afterall.

Most of what I do I can just remote connect, either via RDP or other means, but sometimes it's just better to be standing directly in front of it.
