recommend me a power supply for my new rig

My new computer is set to arrive in 2 weeks and I haven't decided on a power supply.It must be able to handle a intel quad core Q6600 2,4GHZ,a intel DP35DPM motherboard,2 GB of 800MHZ Ram,250-320GB Western Digital sata,22 speed sony DVD writer,cooler master aquagate 1 liquid cooling ALC-U01,G-Force 8500GT 512mb

Don't need a whole lot for that video card. Any PSU that is good enough quality to put out what it claims on the label and not blow up should do the trick. What's your PSU budget?

The Antec Earthwatts 380 and 430 are on sale at Newegg, and either one should work just fine.
