Hey fellas,

I tried going on CNET to do some research but the sheer number of models was too overwhelming. That said, I'd like to use a Pocket PC in lieu of a financial calculator (specifically for real estate etc.). Likewise, I plan on using any wireless features, mp3, etc etc. Sooo...any recommendations?

tia,

kev

woops, ignore this guys, forgot about the SFF forum :).

I'll make it easy for you.

Get either the HP iPaq 4155 or Dell Axim X3i

I don't know if you need a PocketPC specifically or just a general-use PDA, but I really like the Palm Tungsten series. The high-end ones have 802.11b built in if you need that.

Thanks for recommendations so far guys. I just looked at the Dell Axim X3i and it appears to be on sale for 297 now. If I could find a fat coupon I think I'd be set. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing of the bunch but it comes with so much for the price...

I was deciding between an Ipaq 4155 and a Dell Axim myself. Got the Ipaq 4155 over the Axim. While it costs more it sure fits in the pocket very nicely with the rounded corners. Also I didn't like how far the antenna stuck out on the axim for wireless. The Ipaq doesn't have any protuding antennas.
