I vote Tampa/Clearwater area of Florida. Hopefully I'll make my way there in the next year or so, and get out of this hellhole that is Illinois.

Orange county CA or San Diego. Would be at the upper range of your rent though.
Ours is solar heated so the season is extended a month or two on either end. My preference is damn near 90 degrees, but the water is tolerable now.
Maybe Athens Ga? Gets kinda warm and humid in the summer, but otherwise quite nice. Lots of good places to eat, reasonably close to the mountains, and not too far from ATL either. You'll have no trouble getting a large house for that rate, and cost of living is fairly cheap here.
Charlotte is pretty cool. I lived there for 13 years before I moved to Phx.
I second this one, really just Georgia in general.
Like you probably couldn't find 5xs as many for California.

So what you are saying is police departments should just lease a whole bunch of police cars and have valets move them around? :awe:Depends where you live I guess, I have about 4 or 5 Pinellas County Sheriffs officers living in a few blocks range.
I guess that tends to tone things down a lot in the neighborhood, with the cars in the driveways at various times.
