Recommend me a personal fan

I need a personal fan to sit on my windowsill in my dorm room.

I had an old one of these (Honeywell HT800 ) that died during the summer.

Before school started, I went out and bought a cheap no-name brand fan from Fry's for $6 and it's squeeked since day one. The squeeking has gotten worse that I finally unplugged it and now I am in need of a new fan.

Should I go back to the Honeywell one (it's only $10)? Anyone have a recommendation?
 
i have one i use at work that seems pretty decent. have had it for probably 1 year or so but it wasn't in use constantly. it has been getting a lot of use lately though. can't remember the brand but i got it at wal-mart for like $15.
