So right now i have the Gigabyte GA-945P-S3. It's a good board and all but my Zalman CNPS8000 is a VERY tight fit.. so tight actully that it's nearly touching my ram and my northbridge.

as you can see there's no where for it to go... and if i bought new ram with heatspearders i'd be SCREWED.
I've looked into other Gigabyte boards... but the layout is the same.. So please DO NOT recommend Gigabyte motherboards to me...
I want to be running a Core 2 Duo E6300-6400 or 6600 off this new board and i will be overclocking..
my price range is 100-200 Canadian no more no less..
