Recommend me a new cell phone. Must be GSM, $215 spending limit.

Seeing as to how my seemingly fine Moto e398 died on me a couple of days ago, I'm unfortunately in the market for a new cell phone. Another unfortunate thing is that I'm really fvcking picky when it comes to cells, so I'm hoping you guys can recommend some nice GSM phones to me.

I'm not particular about what features a phone has, nor am I concerned with it being a flip or bar phone. I just want one that works on a GSM network (I'll find one unlocked if I have to), and a phone that is reliable.
