I need a motherboard for an AMD K6-2 500mhz. And it needs to be really cheap. Any suggestions?

Does it really matter? I think a motherboard would fall into the "general hardware" category. Thanks a lot sheesh
 
You guys are being a little hard on the guy, people always ask for advice on various hardware that has its own forum here.

rpc64: I have owned both the Asus P5A and the Tyan S1598. Very stable boards. I dont know the prices of these anymore, but I would highly recommend either one. Both also will take the K6III mobile chip. If you do look for the Asus P5A then get board revision 1.4 or earlier.
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys. Do you know anywhere I can find the Asus P5A or Tyan S1598? I don't see them on pricewatch. Maybe they're too old?
